From a grass root youth icon to blue eyed boy of many senior national politicians, Prathamesh Pandit had a long journey with lots of on field experiences & achievements. Prathamesh Pandit is an Architect by profession & his expertise in giving affordable budget housing solutions for economical weaker sections has changed a perception of designer’s. 
He also worked under guidance of Padmashree Shri. Anna Hazare in developing his Thesis on Agro Industrial Projects for draught affected areas in Maharashtra. 
Prathamesh is known for micromanagement in business administration & project management he also carries a flamboyant but grounded personality all together in him, which helped Prathamesh in achieving his aims & dreams. 
Currently Prathamesh concentrates on youth development programs in which he earlier conducted mega job fairs and provided job to 7686 participants, youth festivals for North Mumbai District & sports tournaments for youths og Mumbai.
